Psychology

The Psychology curriculum provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour. Students get to explore key topics such behaviourism, biopsychology and research methods, alongside optional areas like criminal behaviour and schizophrenia.

Students develop transferable skills, including analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and data analysis. Through designing and evaluating experiments, they enhance their understanding of research methodologies and statistical interpretation. Communication and teamwork are honed through discussions and collaborative projects.

Psychology A-level is highly valued for its blend of scientific and social science skills, equipping students with important life skills such as the ability to adapt to different contexts, interpret behaviour, and demonstrate empathy.
